This is a demonstration of an online SQL Server Database. This browser will be connected to a remote version of SQL Server as illustrated in the diagram, so that you can view and edit dummy data.

After you logon you will see the list of feedback information already entered for an existing user peter. By clicking on the Questionnaire Summary you will be able to edit the existing data, or you can create new entries.

You can create a new user - but as each user is only shown their own data, you will have to create some new questionnaire answers yourself.

For demonstration purposes its easiest to log in as an existing user - use User Name peter and Password peter
